CargoWise AI Agents: Setup & Configuration
WiseTech Global is rolling a new generation of AI agents into CargoWise. YadriTrans helps you plan, configure and adopt them inside your existing environment.
Since early 2025, WiseTech Global has been adding AI-powered agents directly into CargoWise — built into the platform you already use, not bolt-on tools. As a certified CargoWise Business & Service Partner, YadriTrans helps clients understand what each agent does, turn it on correctly, and fit it into their existing workflows and Value Pack entitlements.

YadriTrans is not the developer of these capabilities — they are built and released by WiseTech Global as part of CargoWise. Our role is configuration, rollout and training for CargoWise users who want to put them to work.
ACE — AI CargoWise Expert
An AI assistant built into CargoWise that answers "how do I…" questions with step-by-step guidance, drawing on tens of thousands of WiseTech Academy how-to guides, FAQs and update notes. Launched November 2025.
